Cherif Chekatt was killed, but after a long hunt. France is in shock. Europe cries for the innocent blood that Islamic terrorism wants. In the midst of another carnage, Italy releases an imam and four other suspected terrorists who were behind bars for radicalism.

A few hours ago, the court reviewed the sentence of the alleged terrorists arrested in 2015 for being part of a cell affiliated with Al Qaeda. Along with six other alleged terrorists arrested in the same operation and already released in recent months, the five are accused of murder, supporting illegal immigration and illegal collection of funds. The trial against them will take place in the courtroom of Assizes of Sassari on December 19.

But we rewind the tape. It was April 2015 when the police put handcuffs on the wrists of eleven men. Among them was the Imam of mosque in Zingonia (Bergamo), Hafiz Muhammad Zulkifal, Sultan Wali Khan, owner of a jewelery that according to the reconstruction made by the Digos, was based in Olbia, Ridi Yahia Khan, Imitias Khan, Syar Khan: they organized the massacres in Pakistan from Olbia. It seems that they are behind the bloody massacre that took place in 2009, the car bombs that attacked the largest market in Peshawar, jumping into the air when in Pakistan was also Hillary Clinton, then Secretary of State of the United States. A massacre that wanted to be a response to the actions taken by the United States against the leaders of the Taliban militia that was organized by the alleged terrorists arrested in Olbia, according to the DDA of Cagliari.

The eleven, alleged members of an important al-Qaida’s cell active in Italy and very influential in Pakistan, had contacts that allowed them to discover the investigation initiated in Italy and to design the murder of the man in charge of translating your conversations. They are Pakistanis, Egyptians, Afghans, owners of businesses and houses that they used for their purposes: the collection of illegal funds from the Middle East community, money to finance Koranic schools in Pakistan, coverage for the traffic of illegal immigrants and , the most serious accusation, to plan terrorist actions, ordering attacks in Pakistan. Along with six other alleged terrorists arrested in the same operation and released a few months ago, the five are accused of the crime of murder, support for illegal immigration and illegal collection of funds. The trial against them will take place in the courtroom of Assizes of Sassari on December 19, with the accusation of the prosecutor of the DDA of Cagliari, Danilo Tronci. In fact, with the release decided this morning by the judges of the review, the security and public order requirements that had imposed the continuation of the trial against the defendants in a bunker classroom obtained within Bancali (Sassari) have disappeared. The hearings will resume with the accusation of the prosecutor of Cagliari Danilo Tronci, involving the judges and the parties for at least three days, then the word will go to the civil party (the Italian government was established against alleged terrorists with the State’s lawyer ), and therefore to defenders of the accused.

Meanwhile, the parliamentarians of the Northern League ask the minister Alfonso Bonafede to send the inspectors to the Sassari court “to verify why these terms have been allowed in such a delicate investigation and why such dangerous terrorists have been released.”

“On the one hand, Interior Minister Matteo Salvini does everything possible to guarantee security by tightening the laces that surround Muslim extremists, but on the other hand, some magistrates allow the terms of the investigation of such serious crimes and release five hate preachers,” denounce the parliamentarians of the Lega Daniel Belotti, Roberto Calderoli, Simona Pergreffi, Alberto Ribolla, Cristian Invernizzi, Tony Iwobi.

“We consider that this measure is disconcerting, and even more so, the decision to impose the residence obligation on the former Imam of Zingonia at his home in Verdellino. He was arrested on charges of being involved in several attacks, including the massacre at the Peshawar market in Pakistan in October 2009, which caused 137 deaths and more than 200 wounded, and of fomenting extremism in his sermons in the mosque; and now they take him back among his faithful. But where is the logic? For less important issues, residence has been prohibited, but in this case, why is a dangerous preacher of hatred is sent back into the territory, among his faithful? ”
